Dear Minis & Youth Members
We trust that you and your families are all well.
I am writing regarding arrangements for the 2020/21 season with regards to Minis/Youth and I am delighted to confirm that our season will commence as planned on Sunday 6 September – we are looking forward to welcoming you back!
The season will start, as normal, with training either at The Rock or Richmond Park – your age group manager will advise timings/place.
If you are attending the Rock for training – the changing block will be open for toilets only and the clubhouse will be open for toilets and takeaway drinks/food only. Please read the current Return to Ruby COVID Rules for Rosslyn Park here. (Please be aware that these rules can alter subject to Government Guidelines changing in the future).
As you would expect we are closely following the RFU COVID guidelines for rugby activity and we are using the Return to Rugby Road Map (Community Game) which can be downloaded here. We are currently at Stage C and hopefully will be at Stage F shortly.
With this great news we are now requesting that those of you who are not yet registered to please do so in time for the start of the new season – so by Friday 4 September. A massive thank you to those of you who have been able to register earlier than normal as it has been invaluable to the club at this incredibly tough time.
Could I please remind you that everyone – whether previously registered or new – will have to formally register as we have changed our registration system this season – details for the Minis/Youth Memberships are detailed below along with links to registration.
If you have been affected financially by the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 and require some membership support due to hardship – please do get in touch, in confidence, with our Minis & Youth Membership Secretary, Karen Richard (karen.richard@rosslynpark.co.uk) about this. All other registration queries can also be directed to Karen Richard.

Please note: You must select the membership type you require on the registration page by selecting one of the boxes on the left before completing the form on the right!
